xbajay Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xbajay platform, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, services, features, content, and products made available by xbajay (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the xbajay Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already created an account, contact xbajay's customer support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the xbajay Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on this site. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

To register an account and use the xbajay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xbajay strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under 18. This rule is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., a human individual). Corporate accounts, automated bots, and non-human entities are not permitted.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by xbajay itself, or self-requested by you through xbajay's Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must not hold more than one registered account on xbajay. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

xbajay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during the registration process, at the point of a first withdrawal, or as part of a routine KYC review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi authority. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof that you are aged 18 or above, your account will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Any attempt by an underage individual to register, access, or use the Platform — including through misrepresentation of age — is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities. xbajay cooperates fully with any official inquiry into underage gambling.

To access the full range of features on the xbajay Platform — including deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. xbajay relies on the information you provide; any false, misleading, or incomplete registration data may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any balance.

The information collected during registration typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including division and district within Bangladesh), a valid email address, and a mobile number registered with a Bangladeshi mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). This information is used solely for account management, payment processing, and compliance purposes, in accordance with the xbajay Privacy Policy.

xbajay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before your first significant withdrawal and may be triggered at any time by xbajay's compliance team. You must cooperate fully and promptly with all KYC requests. KYC documentation may include:

• A clear copy or photograph of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. xbajay reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed. You acknowledge that KYC delays caused by your failure to provide documentation are not the responsibility of xbajay.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on xbajay. If xbajay discovers that you hold or have held more than one account — whether simultaneously or consecutively — all associated accounts may be permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus balances forfeited.

xbajay processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the Payments section of your account dashboard. xbajay does not charge processing fees on BDT deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers on their end are outside xbajay's control and remain the user's responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. xbajay reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal above a defined threshold. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and the volume of pending requests.

You must only deposit and withdraw funds that belong to you and that originate from legitimate sources. xbajay operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering principles. Any suspected financial fraud, money laundering, or misuse of payment systems will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and a report to relevant authorities.

xbajay is not a bank or financial institution. The balance held in your xbajay account is a gaming credit balance and does not accrue interest. xbajay does not offer any investment products, and you should not treat your xbajay balance as a savings or investment vehicle.

xbajay periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all xbajay promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and can only be used on the xbajay Platform
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash — the applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in the specific offer terms
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless the specific promotion expressly permits stacking
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only and may be claimed once per household, per device, and per payment method
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of system errors, or any other form of abuse will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed
• xbajay reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice

Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) cricket, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other Bangladeshi cultural events — are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows. xbajay is not obligated to offer any specific promotion on any given date or event.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the xbajay Platform. Violation of any item in this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or controlling more than one account on xbajay
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker or live dealer games
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional terms through systematic abuse, pattern betting, or account duplication
• Money Laundering: Using the xbajay Platform to process, disguise, or legitimise funds obtained through unlawful activity
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer game logic, or interfere with the operation of the Platform in any way
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, harassing, or intimidating xbajay staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, running affiliate schemes not approved by xbajay, or soliciting other users

xbajay employs advanced fraud detection systems, game integrity monitoring, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. If xbajay's investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, xbajay's determination shall be final and binding subject to any applicable regulatory or legal process.

All content on the xbajay Platform — including but not limited to the xbajay brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to xbajay and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any content from the Platform without express written consent from xbajay
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform
• Use xbajay's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context — including social media profiles, websites, printed materials, or advertisements — without prior written authorisation
• Frame, scrape, mirror, or cache any page or content from the Platform on any third-party website or application

Game content (including graphics, sound, animations, and mechanics) made available through the Platform from third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by xbajay under licence. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of third-party intellectual property to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This limitation includes, without restriction, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or technical failures.

The xbajay Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. xbajay makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or malicious code, or that any particular game, feature, or service will function at any given time. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability without notice.

In the event of a technical failure, glitch, or error in a game or on the Platform that results in an incorrect display of odds, incorrect crediting of winnings, or any other erroneous outcome, xbajay reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and to correct account balances accordingly. If a palpable error (an obviously incorrect price or outcome) has been published, xbajay may cancel the affected bets at its sole discretion, even if bets have been accepted and settled.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. xbajay accepts no responsibility for any financial loss you incur as a result of using the Platform, including through game play, sports betting, bonus wagering, or any other activity. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and within your personal financial means.

xbajay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if xbajay has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Your account activity suggests fraudulent conduct, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• You have provided false or incomplete registration information
• You are — or were at the time of registration — under the age of 18
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order that should have prevented account creation
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including cash funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be forfeited. Where the closure is not related to a breach — for example, if you voluntarily request closure or self-exclude — your verified cash balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xbajay's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. You remain responsible for any activity on your account up to the point of confirmed closure.

xbajay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in the Platform's features or payment methods, legal advice, or operational requirements. Where an amendment is material, xbajay will endeavour to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
